About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and results-driven Account Manager who will serve as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Candidates with solid experience in both Public Relations (PR) and Digital Marketing are highly preferred.
Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of Communications, Management, Business Administration, or related courses
- At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Public Relations
- Broad knowledge of Digital Media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A team player who proactively finds ways to improve team efficiency
- Committed to continuous learning and development
- Has endurance and adaptability in fast-paced agency work
Key Responsibilities
- Client and Project Management
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact and main liaison between clients and the internal team
- Oversee project deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness
- Support shoots, events, and other onsite activities as needed
- Identify and address potential issues by coordinating with internal teams
- Develop and maintain project plans and trackers to monitor progress
- Ensure all outputs align with client strategies and objectives
- Coordinate with Finance for timely billing of projects
- Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to enhance deliverables
- Lead client and internal meetings; attend onsite workdays as required
- Report directly to the IMC Manager
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Develop briefs and job requests for shared service units and suppliers
- Plan and oversee logistics for digital and PR projects, including timelines, production requirements, and expense liquidation
- Manage supplier engagement, from sourcing and contracting to payment coordination
- Maintain and expand a database of reliable third-party suppliers for PR and digital amplification
- Business Development
- Support or lead pitch development, from client briefing to presentation
- Create customised cost proposals aligned with client needs
- Negotiate the scope of work and pricing with clients
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients to expand opportunities
- Strategy Development
- Monitor industry and platform trends relevant to client strategies
- Assist in developing PR roadmaps to guide campaign planning and execution
