How We Began

NGP and Integrated Marketing Communications began in 1997, when Nancy G. Pascual, the company’s founder and president, established NGP with a very lean team and a handful of clients.

The company started operations at NGP’s humble abode in Mandaluyong City. Through her high-calibre professionalism, serious work ethic, and a passion for delivering results, NGP became known in the industry through mere word-of-mouth and referrals from satisfied clients.

As its clientele continued to grow and stay with the company, the NGP branding and PR solutions were able to acquire partnerships in the international communications scene. The company became a member of the Go Communications Network and has established business partners in the ASEAN region, including Hong Kong and Vietnam.

The Way Forward

Over the years, what made the low-profile, boutique PR agency known for is now an inherent part of its culture which is now composed of 25 employees.

With its proven capacity to produce value from campaigns that showcase big ideas, creativity, and excellent execution, the agency is taking its services up a notch by introducing Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) that is also in line with its efforts to continuously reinvent itself which is foremost in its thrust to innovate and always be a step ahead of what clients need.

The IMC component involves events conceptualization and management, activations, social media and digital marketing, and advocacies that are tailor-fit to NGP’s diverse range of clients, which now include local and multinational companies from energy, healthcare, construction, real estate, and from the public transportation industry, to name a few.

This year, NGP achieves several milestones, namely strengthening its IMC services by revamping its workforce with activation and digital campaign experts, establishing a Davao office—Pascual’s home province—which is envisioned to deliver focused services for the Visayas and Mindanao region, and celebrating the company’s 20th anniversary.

NGP IMC is poised to take on greater heights in the country and even abroad, while upholding the same personal, ethical, and effective PR practices that the boutique agency is known for.
